Job Summary

We're seeking a Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team in Littleton, CO. As a Therapist, you'll work with clients of all ages and populations, providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including those with complex mental health needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients of all ages and populations
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
  • Meet with clients to assess their emotional and psychological needs and develop a treatment plan
Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) or Licensed Therapist with experience working with children and adolescents
  • Ability to work with clients of all ages and populations, including those with complex mental health needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and other clinicians
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality care
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
