Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, increasing revenue, and enhancing profitability. This role establishes and develops client relationships, collaborates with recruiters, and works with business stakeholders to plan and deliver projects effectively and timely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a target list of clients, fostering strong relationships.
  • Conduct prospecting activities, including phone calls, email, social media, in-person meetings, and other methods.
  • Generate new job orders weekly, aligning with performance objectives.
  • Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
  • Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business.
  • Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriate.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 0 to 18 months technology sales or staffing experience required.
  • Active member of the IT community, networking groups a plus.
Work Environment

In-office position with hybrid/remote option available with Management approval.

Less than 5% travel required.

Frequent sitting, walking, eye/hand/foot coordination, and repetitive motion. Occasional standing and bending. Infrequent lifting up to 10 pounds.
