Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team at i.g. Burton Auto Group in Milford, DE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement dealership sales strategies to increase market share
  • Own the sales process from prospecting to vehicle delivery, ensuring excellent customer service and product knowledge
  • Maintain daily inventory reports and create strategies to optimize inventory levels
  • Prepare and review monthly sales plans with leadership to ensure meeting or exceeding targets
  • Remain up-to-date on products, market trends, and industry certifications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Proven sales experience in the automotive industry (2+ years)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
