Key Responsibilities
  1. Parts Sales Process Optimization: Streamline the parts sales process to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  2. Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, staff, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  3. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely order fulfillment and minimizing stock discrepancies.
  4. Order Fulfillment: Expedite order fulfillment, including pulling and filling orders from stock, and notifying the parts manager of any issues.
  5. Customer Satisfaction: Foster a positive customer experience by addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
