Job Summary:

Morrison Healthcare, a leading national food and nutrition services company, is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee all culinary functions for a dining account. As a key member of the Compass Group, North America team, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of associates, ensuring safety and sanitation, and driving culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cost controls and expenditures for the account
  • Plan and create menus that meet the needs of diverse customers
  • Purchase and manage inventory to ensure efficient operations
  • Develop and implement new culinary programs in collaboration with the marketing and culinary teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience, preferably in high-volume production and catering
  • Proven track record of managing cost controls and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
