We are seeking a skilled Field Supervisor to join our team at VNS Health. As a key member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day business operations of clinical and non-clinical support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor internal processes to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate activities between clinical and non-clinical staff to facilitate effective clinical operations.
  • Make recommendations on operational improvements for the department.
  • Work under general supervision to ensure compliance with regulatory and VNS Health standards.

Requirements:

  • License and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State or Licensed Social Worker Required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or other health-related degree for RNs Required.
  • Minimum three years progressive customer service or business operations experience, preferably in a healthcare environment. Required.
  • Supervisory experience Preferred.
