Job Summary

As a key member of the Community Health Systems team, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, healthcare professionals, and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage the patient check-in and check-out process, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of patient information.
  • Provide primary telephone support, responding to incoming and interoffice calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
