Position Overview:

The Haslam Sports Group is on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals eager to contribute to the stadium operations division. As Operations Coordinators, you will play a vital role in the behind-the-scenes efforts necessary for executing premier events and managing our various facilities, including the Field, Historic Crew Stadium, and the OhioHealth Performance Center. Ideal candidates should be proactive, creative, and committed to enhancing operational efficiency in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of the venue for private events and match days.
  • Facilitate transitions for private events.
  • Learn and apply the setup and dismantling procedures for gate turnstiles and metal detectors during stadium events.
  • Prioritize availability for first team matches, as well as setup and teardown for concerts and other significant events.
  • Collaborate closely with all segments of the operations team and other departments within the organization.
  • Interpret event orders, task lists, and venue management software to effectively arrange events with necessary equipment.
  • Support inventory management of stadium equipment and event checklists.
  • Contribute to off-season maintenance and upkeep of the stadium.
  • Be flexible in taking on roles such as usher, security personnel, or parking attendant during events.
  • Communicate effectively with guests to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
  • Uphold the reputation of the Crew and MLS in all interactions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in an active environment, remaining on your feet for extended periods.
  • Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for long durations.
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and irregular hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in stadium or facility operations.
  • Capability to lift and transport items weighing 50 lbs or more.
