We are seeking a Season Ticket Account Specialist to join our team at Charlotte Hornets. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between season ticket holders and our organization, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless interactions with fans and guests.

You will be responsible for the renewal of season ticket holder accounts, securing payments, and processing additional ticket requests. You will also assist with event planning, coordination of sales/services related events, and compiling information regarding interests/concerns of patrons.

To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in Sports Administration, Business, or a related field, and at least one year of experience in a customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as valuable benefits and time off policies.
