This entry-level position is ideal for a motivated and reliable individual with at least one year of IT experience. The successful candidate will be a versatile "jack of all trades," proficient in various technologies and ready to tackle diverse challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, primarily focused on Windows and Linux environments.
- Reimage computers and assist with system upgrades and installations.
- Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing and tracking support requests.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain and support NextGen and EHR systems or comparable platforms.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean driving record and use reliable transportation for on-site support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of IT experience in a support role.
- Preferred: IT certification or degree in a related field.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with reimaging computers and EHR systems (NextGen or comparable).
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
