We are seeking experienced professionals to fill the role of Solar Construction Project Manager.
About the Opportunity:
- Job Title: Project Management Specialist
- Location: USA
- Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within established budgets and schedules.
- Ensure quality control throughout project execution.
- Maintain effective communication with senior management and all project teams.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- Select project site team members and provide clear direction to ensure achievement of project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Management related field of study from an accredited college or university.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and Professional Engineer (PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience; 5+ years of progressive project management experience.
- Experience in the power generation field is preferred.
- Construction field experience is preferred.
- Able to travel 25% to 50% of the time.
- Has a valid US drivers license.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage customer relationships.
- Demonstrated commitment to learning about the Company and the renewables space.
