Environmental Compliance Specialist Opportunity
Braun Intertec is looking for an experienced Environmental Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Environmental Compliance practice group, you will be responsible for delivering complex air quality projects on time, on budget, and exceeding expectations.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a BS degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field, as well as 7-15 years of direct environmental regulatory compliance experience with a focus on air permitting. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills are essential for this role.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $115,000 - $145,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Braun Intertec offers a competitive benefits package, including comprehensive medical, vision, and dental plans, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Responsibilities
  • Perform technical work and support project deliverables on complex air quality projects.
  • Serve as technical lead for complex air permitting and compliance projects.
  • Mentor and train junior staff.
  • Perform technical reviews for peers and junior staff.
  • Work with regulatory agencies as a client advocate.
  • Prepare air emissions calculations for permit applications.
