Job Description: Project Oversight Specialist

The University of Texas at Austin invites applications for a Project Oversight Specialist to support the delivery of projects across various departments. This role will involve working closely with IT Leadership to track and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to develop project plans, manage resources, and identify potential risks
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, university policies, and regulations
- Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress, including project plans, barriers, and solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a higher education setting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
