At Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford, we offer a wide range of therapy services to meet the unique needs of each patient. Our team of experienced therapists provides compassionate and evidence-based care to help patients achieve optimal functional ability and independence.

As a Child Development Therapist, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of young patients and their families. Your expertise will help ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care that addresses their physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.

Responsibilities

This role involves:
1. Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
2. Providing evidence-based therapy services to patients, including occupational therapy, speech therapy, and physical therapy.
3. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care and coordination of services.
4. Participating in interdisciplinary care planning and contributing to quality improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a current license as a Physical Therapist in the state of California, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy or a related field is required.

Salary Information

The salary range for this position is $121,659.20 to $146,109.60 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive medical coverage, paid time off, and retirement savings opportunities.
