About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced After-School Lead Teacher who will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans for our after-school program. You will work closely with other teachers and staff to ensure program goals and objectives are met, and will lead on-floor programming for children, assuring ongoing, age-appropriate activities and development of children and implementation by all staff.

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans for after-school program
* Supervise and manage student behavior to ensure a safe and positive learning environment
* Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior
* Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure program goals and objectives are met
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of student attendance and progress

Requirements
* 12 ECE units including core units (Child Development: Curriculum; Child, Family & Community)
* Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in an educational setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage and supervise student behavior
* Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods
* Ability to obtain Child Development Master Teacher Permit within one year of hire

Benefits
* Competitive hourly wage of $27.05-30.53 per hour
* Monday-Friday; 12pm-6pm
* 30 hours/week
