- Quality Control: Create side work assignments and ensure completion with wait staff, maintaining the highest level of service to clients/guests, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Cleanliness and Presentation: Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining room area.
- Client/Guest Relations: Investigate and resolve all client/guest complaints in a timely, professional, and diplomatic manner.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or equivalent fine dining experience.
- Experience: Six to eight years of upscale fine dining experience, with at least three years of management experience.
- Cash Handling: Ability to handle cash and reconcile cash banks and POS systems.
- Leadership: Ability to hire, develop, train, coach, and counsel hourly associates.
- Event Planning: Ability to plan, market, and execute special events/promotions.
- Budgeting: Ability to monitor and track budgets and expenditures.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer Service: Excellent knowledge of customer service techniques and current service standards.
- Integrity: Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor required.
