We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Payroll Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our financial operations, including payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the company's payroll processes, including weekly payroll for all departments.
  • Process accounts receivable and payable, including generating and sending invoices, monitoring aging, and reconciling customer and vendor accounts.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze various financial reports, such as aging schedules, cash flow projections, and budget variance analysis.

**Requirements**
