Customer Service Representative

As a Property Manager at Public Storage, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our storage facilities. This includes:
- Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, including answering questions, resolving issues, and completing lease agreements.
- Storage Unit Management: Managing the inventory and availability of storage units, including conducting daily inspections and ensuring that spaces are ready to rent.
- Cash Handling: Handling cash transactions, including making bank deposits and accurately documenting customer payments.
- Delinquent Accounts: Making scheduled delinquent calls, accessing customer personal information, and executing lien sales as needed.
- Facility Maintenance: Performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service centered sales environment, such as retail, restaurant, or fast food.
- Transportation: A valid driver's license and the ability to utilize your own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to Transport: Ability to transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Physical Activity: Ability to walk in/around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
