Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to negotiate and propose solutions over the phone.
  • Document payment or settlement arrangements in our system.
  • Identify accounts that necessitate legal action.
Qualifications:
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening is required.
WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time role typically operates Monday through Friday.
