Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and effective coverage and maintenance of our central utility systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and operate central utility systems, including ammonia refrigeration, boilers/steam, compressed air, and water systems.
  • Monitor and adjust system controls to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems, including valve operation, temperature and pressure readings, and log sheet recording.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient operation of systems and equipment.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial refrigeration/HVAC.
  • Working knowledge of basic industrial electricity and utilities.
  • Ammonia operator certification (Garden City or equivalent) a plus.
  • Experience with boiler and steam systems, compressed air systems, and water systems a plus.
