Key Responsibilities
  • Represent FireWatch Solutions' Core Values: Demonstrate courtesy, professionalism, and respect in all interactions with clients, staff, and the public.
  • Maintain Assigned Post: Complete vehicle and foot patrols to ensure the safety and security of the Housing Association.
  • Access Control and Security Posture: Maintain proper security posture and access control to prevent potential criminal behavior and ensure the safety of the Housing Association.
  • Response Services: Provide response services related to workforce disruptions, natural disasters, civil unrest, and threat monitoring.
  • Tactical Law Enforcement Posture: Present a tactical law enforcement posture to deter and prevent potential criminal behavior.
  • Pattern Analysis: Integrate information gathered from camera systems at access control points to conduct pattern analysis on vehicles entering residential areas.
  • Basic Lifesaving Techniques: Provide basic lifesaving techniques as needed.
  • Other Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED: Must have a High School Diploma or GED with preferred law enforcement, military, and/or extensive security experience.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 24 years old.
  • Background Investigation: Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug testing and background investigation.
  • Reliable Means of Communication: Must have a reliable means of communication (e.g., email, cell phone).
  • Reliable Means of Transportation: Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid Driver's License.
  • Legal Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
  • English Language Proficiency: Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
Qualifications
  • California Guard Registration Card (Guard Card): Mandatory.
  • Law Enforcement, Military, and/or Security Experience: Preferred.
  • Concierge-Level Customer Service Experience: Strong problem resolution skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Microsoft Software, Smartphone Apps.
Working Conditions
  • Physical and Mental Demands: With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to perform all essential functions effectively.
  • Exposure to Sensitive Information: Exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
  • Physical Activity: Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
  • Lifting and Moving: Some lifting and moving up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
  • Good Vision: Good vision and ability to adjust focus.
