Sales and Business Growth Manager

We're a dynamic staffing company seeking a driven sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As a key member of our Light Industrial Staffing division, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:- Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities in your territory and develop strategies to grow sales.
- Client Relations: Foster and maintain relationships with existing clients while expanding our presence in the market.
- Sales Growth: Educate clients on our staffing solutions and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our recruiting team to match candidates with client needs, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Education: High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years in sales, preferably in Light Industrial Staffing.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Benefits: 50% travel allowance for client visits, opportunity for career advancement, and a dynamic work environment.
