Job Summary

The Clinical Research Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the success of clinical research activities at Brown University. This position will work under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Operations to coordinate and implement clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate clinical trials, including reviewing study protocols, designing databases, and analyzing data.
  • Monitor studies to ensure protocol compliance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with special projects and contribute to the development of research initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of clinical research activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of clinical research experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience.
  • Prior experience working on clinical research trials is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and database applications.
  • Organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task and remain focused.
  • Discretion with confidential information and ability to support a diverse and inclusive environment.
