Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our leadership team, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain office systems. You will also be responsible for tracking company bonuses, processing expense reports, and reviewing attestation reports for compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars for senior management
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Track company bonuses and expense reports
- Review and verify attestation reports for compliance
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
