About the Role:
- Provide excellent customer service through phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies, order materials, and maintain a clean workspace.
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and reporting.
Your Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluency in both verbal and written communication required.
- 2-3 years of related receptionist experience with outstanding communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in a corporate office environment is preferred.
