Mobile Loaves & Fishes is a pioneering social outreach ministry dedicated to empowering communities to serve the homeless since 1998. Based in Austin, Texas, we strive to provide food, clothing, and community support through three core programs: Truck Ministry, Community First Village, and Community Works.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Replication Expansion Coordinator to join our team at Community First Village. As a full-time non-exempt position, you will report directly to the Director of Replication. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong project management abilities, and a passion for community development.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate live training and education events (virtual & in-person) on replication best practices with participants and subject matter experts.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with organization leaders replicating the Community First model.
  • Promote investment and participation in MLF's replication offerings and resources.
  • Maintain the Community First culture and values, professionally representing MLF in internal and external communications.
  • Foster community and relationship building among replicating organizations.
  • Capture, document, and report replication efforts, progress, and program outcomes from engaged organizations, updating contact management data in Salesforce.
  • Present, facilitate, and lead project meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Initiate, manage, support, and report on replication-related projects.
  • Provide administrative coordination and support.
  • Present, meet with, and provide tours for external replication requests.
Requirements
  • A strong commitment to serving the homeless and personal alignment with MLF's vision, mission, core values, and goals.
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 2+ years of project management experience preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM preferred.
  • Highly proficient in using various technology tools, including Microsoft 365, Asana, Zoom, etc.
  • Competent in project management and/or event management.
  • Comfortable presenting and speaking to small and large groups.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate well with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates initiative and follow-through on projects.
  • Demonstrates adaptability and responsibility in handling multiple projects, priorities, and requests.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
