Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Dunkin' stores, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and employee development
  • Lead a team of store employees, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance

Requirements
