Job Summary

As a Masonry Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within your assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of the masonry and construction industries, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and contractors to drive sales growth
  • Analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on shifts in the market
  • Assist in setting and achieving individual and collective sales goals
  • Quote prices, credit terms, and prepare sales contracts
  • Manage sales projects from purchase order to job completion
  • Participate in product training and attend trade events to stay up-to-date on industry developments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, training, and education
  • 3+ years' experience in outside sales, business development, or equivalent technical masonry field consulting
  • Preferred experience within the masonry and/or construction industry
  • Ability to navigate a CRM platform
  • Strong presentation and project management skills
