Job Title: Optical Team Lead

At EssilorLuxottica Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optical Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our retail and lab operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing key optical and lab processes, and driving store success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Manage key optical and lab processes to achieve exceptional results
  • Assist in the achievement of store success and growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong optical and retail experience
  • Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and training experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • State licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states
  • LensCrafters Final Eyewear Inspector Certification
  • LensCrafters Quality, Fitting, and Adjusting Program
  • Optical machinery and instruments experience
