Team Lead Opportunity at Urgent Care Group

We are seeking an experienced Paramedic to join our team as a Team Lead. As a Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to expand your clinical skills while participating in management training.

Our fast-paced, high-acuity urgent care setting offers you the opportunity to participate in leadership training, build your knowledge base in areas such as Occupational Medicine, Inventory Management, and CLIA certified laboratory services.

This position also allows you to enhance your skills as a trainer and mentor to your colleagues.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical setting as a licensed Paramedic
  • Proficient clinical skills surrounding urgent/emergent care
  • Attention to detail to keep patient flow and the site running smoothly
  • Work self-sufficiently on assigned tasks
  • Effectively communicate in a positive, helpful manner with patients and team members
  • An interest and desire to mentor team members
Compensation Package

Start at $25/hour and attain $26/hour after completing Team Lead training (attainable in about 90 days). We also provide time-based raises and multiple opportunities for performance and training-related promotions.

Once your initial training has been completed, you will become a Team Lead and can pursue other areas of interest such as inventory liaison, training team, scribe, or even be assigned as the mentor to a group of employees.
