We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Staff My Agency in Irving, TX. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day, striving for excellence in every interaction.

Requirements:
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency, with excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a dedication to customer service.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
