Job Title: Bilingual Phone Desk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Phone Desk Specialist to join our team at CornerStone Staffing in the Irving, TX area.

Job Summary:

The Phone Desk Specialist will be responsible for handling all phone calls and ticket requests coming into the SSC from dealerships, customers, and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong computer proficiency, and fluency in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone conversations and email correspondence
  • Resolve service requests and log progress of all issues
  • Assist dealership personnel in looking up the status of invoices and other items tracked through the SSC
  • Respond to emails regarding potential issues with professionalism and in a timely manner
  • Research items using Fortis Link, Cash Pro, DRIVE, Service Desk, and Excel
  • Provide resolution information and status on service requests previously called into the Support Desk and escalate critical issues appropriately
Requirements:
  • REQUIRED knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • REQUIRED Previous Customer Service Experience in a call center environment
  • REQUIRED experience with Problem resolution
  • REQUIRED experience with inbound calls and ability to answer phone calls without script
  • REQUIRED Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
  • Professional phone and email etiquette
