Caregiver - Hospice Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to provide high-quality care to an elderly individual in their own home.
This is a 12-hour shift position, including day and night shifts, including weekends. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to providing quality in-home care, and be proactive.
Responsibilities- Provide companionship and emotional support to an elderly individual.
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Perform light housekeeping duties.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Monitor health conditions and report changes.
- Ensure that medications are taken according to prescribed instructions.
- Perform other basic caregiving services.
- Hospice care experience.
- Minimum 1 year caregiving experience.
- 401K Match.
- Referral Program.
- Daily pay, weekly pay, or bi-weekly pay with direct deposit.
- Time and a half for overtime and holidays.
- Paid training.
- Supportive office staff and a great team environment.
