Hospice Partnership Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Partnership Development Specialist to join our team at Remarkable Hospice Companies. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a vital role in promoting our hospice services and building relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, discharge planners, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to promote our hospice services.
- Educate the community, referral sources, patients, and families on hospice services through daily planned activities, including in-services, one-on-one presentations, and group meetings.
- Collaborate with our team to develop new programs and initiatives to promote our agency's positioning within the marketplace.
- Provide feedback to the agency regarding the needs of the community and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws relating to the promotion of our agency.
- Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Marketing or Business is preferred.
- 2+ years of sales/business development experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in hospice, pharmaceutical, skilled nursing, durable medical equipment, and/or home health.
- Proven track record of excellent sales performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
