Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement daily/monthly goals for the center and its associates.
- Master the Guest Service Associate role and lead by example.
- Supervise, motivate, discipline, and coach associates in the moment, and as needed.
- Conduct all Strut Team Meetings and prepare activities or resources.
- Celebrate positive associate performance and identify opportunities for improvements.
- Handle all guest issues that arise in a timely manner and be solution-oriented.
- Complete weekly associate schedules and manage time off requests.
- Maintain proper inventory levels and submit orders in a timely manner.
- Prepare and cross-check payroll reports.
- Interview, hire, and train new associates as needed.
- Take ownership and accountability for creating a positive work environment that increases productivity and reduces turnover.
- Maintain and uphold EWCG culture within the center.
- Follow all EWCG policies and procedures and always provide an exceptional guest experience.
