Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound phone calls to customers and prospects to set appointments for sales teams.
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through customer analytics and predictive marketing processes.
  • Explain the benefits of Thomson Reuters products and services to potential clients in a concise manner.
  • Prospect new customers and leads assigned as part of a pooled resource group.
  • Understand specific customer archetypes and needs.
  • Prospect identification, acquisition of contact data.
  • Run sales campaigns, including creating sequenced emails to create new sales opportunities.
  • Utilize social media platforms to connect and further score potential leads.
  • Pilot new sales enablement tools.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Completed an internship with Thomson Reuters or be currently an intern for the Tax and Accounting Professionals division.
  • Bachelor's degree or degree in progress required.
  • Strong performance and achievement during the internship is required.
