ROLE SUMMARY:
The Customer Experience team is responsible for delivering top-notch service by managing customer orders, resolving order-related issues, and providing timely updates on delivery schedules. Team members must exhibit strong multitasking abilities, maintain organization, and demonstrate a proactive, professional attitude.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and process customer orders efficiently.
- Provide updates on order statuses to customers.
- Ensure accuracy in order processing.
- Gather and enter orders received through various communication channels.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with clients.
- Meet departmental deadlines consistently.
- Inform clients about product availability and suggest suitable alternatives when necessary.
- Assist customers in resolving issues via phone and email.
- Collaborate with procurement to alert customers about low stock items.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position is situated in a professional office setting with standard office equipment and conditions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
To perform the essential functions of this role, the following physical demands may be required:
- Ability to sit or stand as necessary.
- Walking on flat surfaces throughout the workday.
- Reaching or lifting documents above shoulder height or below waist level.
- Lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds.
