    • Develop and implement succession planning and talent development strategies
    • Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • HRBP Peer Support

    • Offer additional resources to support HR service delivery in partner facilities

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
  • Experience
    • 3-5 years HR experience or relevant business and HR experience
    • Facility HR experience strongly preferred
  • Licenses and Certifications
    • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR preferred
