- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Coordinate and implement HR-related projects and initiatives
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Training and Development
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Develop and implement succession planning and talent development strategies
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and develop solutions
- HRBP Peer Support
- Provide coaching and support to HRBP peers in assigned group
- Offer additional resources to support HR service delivery in partner facilities
- Participate in monthly virtual HR skill development meetings
- Education
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
- Experience
- 3-5 years HR experience or relevant business and HR experience
- Facility HR experience strongly preferred
- Licenses and Certifications
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR preferred
