Are you a detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational skills? We're seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to support our Facilities team at Uline's Corporate Headquarters. As a key member of our team, you'll provide administrative support to management and staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities team, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and site visits for the team.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
- Maintain and update departmental documentation, processes, and procedures.
- Manage multiple calendars and ensure timely communication.
- High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative experience; experience in a facilities or operations role a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
