Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management
    • Manage project budgets and ensure accurate financial reporting
    • Prepare and review financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets

  • Project Setup and Administration

    • Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate financial information
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in construction accounting or a related field

    • Experience with construction accounting software, such as Sage and Vista by Viewpoint
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
