Hardware Development Specialist

Job Description: As a Hardware Engineer Co-op, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge automation control systems. Your primary focus will be on validating the functionality and performance of new hardware, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
Key Skills: To succeed in this role, you should possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in design capture tools, circuit theory, and microprocessors. Experience working with hardware test equipment, such as debuggers, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers, is also highly desirable.
Education and Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale is required. Previous co-op or internship experience in hardware development and/or embedded systems is preferred.
