Job Title: Strategic Customer Success Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to customers to ensure successful implementation and utilization of our platform
  • Monitor and analyze customer health and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in customer success or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving customer adoption and retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
