Job Title: Strategic Customer Success ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
- Provide strategic guidance and support to customers to ensure successful implementation and utilization of our platform
- Monitor and analyze customer health and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- 7+ years of experience in customer success or a related field
- Proven track record of driving customer adoption and retention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
