Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse

ERP International is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team in support of the Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune, NC, and various surrounding clinics.
About the Role:- Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients in a clinical setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
- Participate in peer review and performance improvement activities to enhance clinical practice.
- Practice aseptic techniques and maintain infection control guidelines.
- Function with an awareness and application of safety procedures.
- Perform efficiently in emergency patient situations following established protocols.
- Anticipate potential problems/emergencies and make appropriate interventions.
- Notify supervisor, director, or other designated person regarding problems that the HCW is unable to manage.
- Exercise awareness of legal issues in all aspects of patient care and strive to manage situations in a reduced risk manner.
- Participate in the implementation of the Family Advocacy Program as directed.
- Be a graduate from a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) program accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or State Board of Nursing approved LPN/LVN training program.
- Possess one (1) year of clinical work experience as a full-time LPN/LVN within the preceding three (3) years.
- Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license from any state.
- Current AHA or ARCBLS Certifications.
- Ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance.
