Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at ERP International. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our military members and their families.
About the Role:- Provide clinical care and support to patients in various settings, including clinics and hospitals.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct health assessments, administer medications, and provide education to patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Work closely with the Preventive Medicine Epidemiology Division to support public health initiatives and programs.
- Provide clinical care and support to patients in various settings, including clinics and hospitals.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct health assessments, administer medications, and provide education to patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Work closely with the Preventive Medicine Epidemiology Division to support public health initiatives and programs.
- Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license from any state.
- One year of clinical work experience as a full-time LPN/LVN within the preceding three years.
- Current AHA or ARC BLS Certifications.
- Ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance.
