Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse

ERP International is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team in support of the Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune, NC, and various surrounding clinics.
About the Role:- Provide high-quality patient care and services within the scope of your competencies and licensure.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
- Participate in peer review and performance improvement activities to enhance clinical practice.
- Comply with infection control guidelines and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Perform clinical duties, including patient assessment, medication administration, and wound care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills.
- Contribute to the implementation of the Family Advocacy Program and other initiatives to promote patient-centered care.
- Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license from any state.
- One year of clinical work experience as a full-time LPN/LVN within the preceding three years.
- Current AHA or ARCBLS Certifications.
- Ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance.
