Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative - End User to join our team at The Cook & Boardman Group, LLC. As an End User Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular sales visits and communications
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including territory management and account development
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- 2-year degree in a related field
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the construction and building supply industry
- Strong customer relations, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
Working Conditions:
This role operates primarily in a professional office environment, with frequent and daily driving to project sites. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
