Job Overview

The Rockridge Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional sales results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Communication and Presentation: Effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches.
  • Problem-Solving: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in the advertising or media industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of the advertising and media industry.
