Job Description

As a Mylo Account Manager, you will service the needs of small commercial clients. You will help business owners leverage Mylo's innovative digital technology and deliver a superior end-to-end experience. The Account Manager provides the highest level of customer service in servicing, supporting, and coordinating Clients' accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, and maintaining documentation of communications, existing issues, and issues resolutions.
  • Book of Business Management: Manage a designated book of business, ensuring accurate and timely processing of client accounts.
  • Quote and Binding: Request and collect quotes from carriers, review quotes, binders, and endorsements for accuracy, and make requests for changes as needed.
  • Audit and Review: Process audits and perform audit reviews, ensuring accuracy and completeness of client information.
  • AMS360 Management: Update AMS360 to reflect changes during the year, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Communication: Inform clients of any changes that may affect insurance premiums or coverage, and work with Mylo Accounting and/or carrier Accounting teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Certificate and Documentation: Complete the Certificate Instruction Document and attach all correspondence into ImageRight.
  • Professional Development: Become proficient in using Mylo applications needed to perform job duties, and follow processes and guidelines as set forth by leadership.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of Property & Casualty Insurance experience is required.
  • Property & Casualty License required or must obtain within 30 days of employment.
  • Knowledge of AMS360 and Image Right or ability to learn.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.
  • Understands industry trends and governmental regulations.
  • Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed.
  • Attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions.
  • Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of client and company information.
  • Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time in order to meet deadlines.
