  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish and implement operational procedures for the housekeeping department, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Prepare work schedules for the housekeeping staff and conduct daily shift meetings to ensure effective communication and task assignment.
  • Quality Control: Conduct daily quality checks, remediation, and subsequent training for housekeeping staff to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Maintain financial records, prepare budgets, and enforce housekeeping cost controls to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain, organize, and control inventory of guest and housekeeping supplies and linen.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Partner with management and maintenance staff to ensure that all guest room preventative maintenance opportunities are identified and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all health regulations, safety protocols, and departmental policies are being met.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a hospitality or service organization, with prior exposure to customer service.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal communication skills, and ability to build rapport with guests.
Physical Requirements:

This role requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, and reaching. Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
