Key Responsibilities:

As a Drinking Water/Wastewater Project Manager, your role will involve:

  • Collaborating with our Authority and Municipal clients to design, develop, and oversee a diverse range of projects related to water and wastewater treatment systems.
  • Planning and managing extensive multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects in the water and wastewater sector.
  • Leading project design teams with a commitment to delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget.
  • Effectively presenting project proposals to clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Participating in marketing events and networking functions.
  • Acting as the primary liaison for our Authority and Municipal clients.
  • Overseeing project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Preparing detailed technical reports, specifications, and engineering drawings.
  • Conducting site visits and inspections to verify compliance with project specifications.
  • Providing technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Wastewater Process Engineering, Biological Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and management of water and wastewater treatment projects.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including budget, schedule, and resource management.
  • A solid technical foundation and proven experience in leading and delivering engineering projects.
  • Experience in representing municipal and/or authority clients.
  • A passion for managing and mentoring team members and sub-consultants.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations and industry standards.
